I am using mobile banking kotak mahindra by mob banking i am pay credit card payment but not showing trasection id in saving acc and also crdit card but money is deducted my acc and kotak executive caling me she is saying your transection is not completed that time some tecnical issue show we are not to cach trasection they are not take mobey then where is my money already ammount is deducted by my acc my register no isc[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am having an account through which a fake transaction was done on 28.5.18. The amount debited was Rs 5000. The amount is still not credited into my account. Even after complaining about it to the customer care my complaint is not resolved. To get my money back how much time do I have to wait for??? I need my money back immediately.
