Kotak Mahindra Bank — delay to send account statements via email | |||
I m kotak mahindra bank account holder, for some personal work, i needed my saving account statement so i request for account statement from my mobile app of kotak, they said it will be send by email in 24 hr but no email statement nothing. again i called there stupid call care, i follows their ivr then same happend they said within 24 hr i will get my bank account statement via email. so kindly send me my 3months account statement. and i don't want any extra debits stupid hiddin charges in my account. i want my statement only one time .. bloody ### service and non scence bank Was this information helpful? | |||
