[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — dispute the kotak credit card amount | |||||
I was shocked to receive sms on freelancer and facebk ads of 5 transactions made from london, db. Me\ads and wil I am wondering how they got my credit card details and how the transaction was made without otp. I received only sms of the disputed transaction and called up customer service and they advised me to cancel the card.
