I have paid an kotak life agent Rs.21000 for a product on 21/3/2017.At the time of verification call I realized that the product was not matched to verification officer and agent.Then I told to officer revert my money also complained to near branch Mohali 3 B2, to reverse my money on 31 st March'17.After then I have contacted customer care officer several times, they told me we will call you after sometimes, never call me back.Written to customer care by mail, they told me wait for seven days and finally written to nodal officer level 2 and the status is same.Now I am writing here and definitely some one answered that we will look the matter, but the problem will same. Actually I have chosen wrong bank, by the way I am using this bank over 6 years.My complain no is SR#1 [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
