Kotak Mahindra Bank — Ecs return charge

I have sallery account with kotak bank and i purchased some electronics with 'Zest money'
App i paid all amount before due on time
But they debited 1770rupees 2 times on my kotak account they are not responding properly
Costomer care people fraud on me please i need refund
