[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — ECS returns penalty and Staff attitude
Complaint regarding ECS return penalty charge.
On 2nd of january i called kotak contact center and told them my salary is not yet credited please stop or delay the ECS from bajaj finance. Agent denied and said cannot do that and asked for the details on the same information and also did not inform me about the penalties. Today on 26th January i have been charged penalties for two ECS. Today I again contacted Contact center asking for the same information:
1. Your Agent Shivraj was very rude to me
2. Same agent informed me that ECS canbe stopped on request basis at the contact center itself then why was it not done on 2nd of January when i called you?
3. When i called Kotak again immediately after my call was disconnected, same person answered the call and when i asked him the name of the last agent he denied to give me that. He was unnecessarily wasting more of my time and was giving stupid reasons. On the same call i Asked for the supervisor to whom he did not transfer my call as well stating all are busy.
My only request to you is to reverse my ECS penalties back to my Account as it was not my mistake. If your contact center would have guided me properly then i would have done something to get the amount from somewhere in time into the account but it was not done so.
