Kotak Mahindra Bank — excess of 3k deducted on fd 30 lac cancellation done on 28th december 2017

BANGALOREthere are many complaint #s apart from SR#1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]...INSPITE OF SOMANY COMPLAINTS, , , , KOTAK OFFICIALS IN KH ROAD, branch in bangalore, are giving false commitments, and Relationshipmanager ANILKUMAR is toaly irresponsible...so i need to close all a/c asap, & i'll make sure many of my friends having kotak a/c will also close, & i'll assure you that, there will be a churn in kotak bank a/c, and also i'll put in media & claim my hardearned money from consumer court...
hope you will enquire the issue n do the needfull by reversing all excess deductions...
Sir/madam these email been sent 4 months ago complaint raised for not giving me any details of premature excess amount charged and also no complete details were given to me regarding TDS debited even though i/d submitted they had not updated the same, and also its my 14 year old accout after ING VYSYAA BANK MERGED WITH KOTAK BANK, PROBLEM IS DOUBLED AND THERE IS LOTS OF NEGLIGENCE IN SERVISES, AND I/D TO WASTE HALFDAY WAITING AT BRANCH MANY TIMES,
IF PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BY CREDITING MY EXCESS AMOUNT of 3k DEBITED with out correct calculations, which is unjustified, so, i.d to go legaly to claim my hard earned money.
SO PLZ DO THE NEEDFULL SIR/MADAM asap, plz do reply...
