Kotak Mahindra Bank — for not getting refund | |||
Helo sir... This is rupali gupta an old kotak mahindra bank customer... Few days ago i make transaction from kotak bank debit card... The transaction get failed... There is no amount came from debit card but the amount has debited from my account... Its more than 15 days but still i didnt get my refund... I make 2 transaction of 3000 each... Both transaction get failed... But the one amount of 3000 rs i got refund within 7 days but one amount of rs 3000 is still pending... I called to the bank exslecutives many times... They are not responding... Please solve the issue othwlerwise i will have to take strong action for this irresponsible behaviour of kotak bank... Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 19, 2018 rinkesh aggarwal's response all the statements of my kotak mahindra bank have been lost so i want to open new account.
