Hi, I have savings account with kotak mahindra bank and today i got 9 times 20000 debitted to my account from kotak atm at pahargank delhi and my card is with me, i called helpline least interested and promised call back from fraud team who did in 1.5 hrs saying they will take 90 days to resolve my issue As per rbi its bank responsibility to ensure data security and to reimburse the customer the amount in 10 days,... I posted on kotak mahindra fce book page and aman mishr called me from his personal mobile number imagine what a patheic and unsafe bank...
