[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraud document processing for credit card | |
Hello My name is sujith shivaji salunkhe Registered mobile number is xxxxxxxx Crn xx3683 I have never applied for credit card. As soon as an salary account was opened, a person disguised as kotak agent approached us for credit card. We clearly rejected the credit card offer. I have not signed any document pertaining for credit card application. I have not provided my id proof./pan for credit card purpose. Identity theft has occured within kotak data base. The rm who opened account was nisha rane. Email id of nisha. [protected]@kotak.com, mobile number of xxxxxxxxx The credit card application number is[protected] an un-authorised process. Kotak mahindra bank employees are cheating to get targets met. No oral complaint gave result. As procedure this s the last resort before ombudsman.
