Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraudulent activities
Team, i tried to contact your customer care number[protected] but not connected due to server problem, the way of connecting your team is very stiff - please improve your services as this escalation is pending from more than 1 month but we won’t get any satisfactory resolution their mails, every time need to ask information through email and every mail complete information not mentioned. Even every small query it take minimum four to five working days, i had mentioned in each mail please contact me soon but every time team directly send the mail before any verbal communication every mail should have been mark further discussion with customer,
Furthermore i trust far with your team whenever we get the notification mail regarding my bill. I always paid my bill within the timeline without any cross check. Last time available limit was 20000rs but when today i checked the status of my outstanding bill and found available balance was 19000rs i was surprised, i am quickly sure there was no any single transection till now after cleared my outstanding amount, also i found few unnecessary charges got deducted.
You should much focus every customer complaint what issues come under the escalation.
Please contact me very soon and fix the issue so that i can make my payment timely.
