[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraudulently making charges for failure in auto debiting credit card payments

I am himanshu nagori. My email id is [protected] My contact number is [protected]. My kotak credit card has charged rs. 500 for failure of auto debiting from debit card which is unauthorised by me. Due to that my credit limit is exceeded and i was charged 500 plus gst for that. Call it as error or fraud, but such things are not expected from kotak mahindra bank. I request refund for that.

My mobile no is lose .I have many times call your customer call center but my no not be change.and your exuctive coming my office 2 months before and im submit my mobile no change from but my no not be plz help me

My concern is while im trying to login in net banking app, it says incorrect mpin since it is correct pin number but it doesn't allowing me to login. Im very dissapointed with this bank.
