Kotak Mahindra Bank — fund transfer always failed | |
Please note, on 12 december 2018, i tried to transfer 700rs to another acc using kotak mahindra bank mobile application but transfer has failed, after that i tried again but same issue i found, main problem is my money has been deducted from my acc, i tried to call customer care but call not connected. Someone from Mumbai transacted through my debit card for rupees 34000 however card was with me in my office at that time. when i saw the message of transaction I called customer care and told about the fraud but did not receive any email for registration for fraud .

This is my salary account and they have transacted all the money from my card. How can I servive without money a whole month please tell me
