Hi. My wife had taken a personal loan for 40k in 2006, well before we got married from citi finance for education Kotak recovery agents are calling now to recover this amount saying its not paid. My wife has no clue of the pending loan considering she claims it has been settled but does not have proof These agents are harassing and talking very badly - even calling continously to office land line.
