Kotak Mahindra Bank — harassment call from number [protected] [kotak mahindra bank]

I sunita harish salian working at mahim would like to bring to your notice that on 16th march 2018 friday i received a call from mobile number [protected] person telling that he/she are from kotak mahindra bank, kalina branch regarding some loan recovery. Call received from mr. Sanjay bogga & ms. Priya. I would also like to bring to your notice that there is no connection of mine with this loan. After saying this to mr. Sanjay bogga i am receiving call again and again. After i said i don’t know regarding the same ms. Priya started calling to school authorities number [protected] where my daugther is studying, to my company boss residential number[protected], some of my friends and company colleagues numbers - [protected], [protected] that some lic of sunita salian has got matured and we have to pay maturity amount to sunita salian and ms. Priya tried to take my personal mobile number from school authorities, friends and company colleagues and were trying to take my details from them. I called up on the same number [protected] and spoke to mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya that there is no connection of mine with the loan and requested both of them not to call me and my friends and company colleagues frequently, even after warning them they started calling everyone and harassing and saying unwanted words.

First i went to santacruz east vakola police station where i was asked to file complaint with bkc police station. But my complaint was not taken there, mr. Kamat police inspector from bkc police station taken from me the mobile number [protected] from i received these unwanted calls and spoke with mr. Sanjay bogga warned him not to make these unwanted calls to sunita salian and don’t harass her or any of her friends and colleague. But mr. Kamat police inspector did not register my written complaint. And i was assured by mr. Kamat police inspector that henceforth you will not receive any such unwanted calls from mr. Sanjay bogga and priya (Including my friends and company colleagues).

Again from today 17th march morning from 11.30 a. M. Onwards i have started receiving the same calls from mr. Sanjay bogga. Not only me my friends and company colleague also started receiving the same calls. Mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya said unwanted words to me as well as to my friends and company colleagues.

I and my friends and company colleagues are fed up of such unwanted frequent calls and harassment. I hereby request to your goodselves to look into this matter and take some immediate and strict action so that in future i or any of my friends and company colleagues should not receive such unwanted calls from above mentioned persons.

Please also note there is no connection of mine with this loan or any of my friends and company colleagues. I am not a guarantor for this loan, then who has given the authority to representatives of kotak mahindra bank to harass people with which they are not concerned at all. If it the recovery team then who has given authority to them to harass other people who are not concerned at all with loan given by kotak mahindra bank.

I have wasted my two days on this unwanted calls, unnecessarily frequently leaving my office job and work. Who is going to pay me for this loss??? It is against law to harass the innocent people who are totally not concerned with the loan given by kotak mahindra bank!!?? This is the way kotak mahindra bank work??? I want some legal action to be taken against kotak mahindra bank and specially their representatives mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya from whom i and my friends and company colleagues are getting frequent unwanted calls.

Please treat this as a personal complaint from me.
