Kotak Mahindra Bank — harassment for credit card payment
I have been using a credit card from kotak bank for over 2 years now. I have a credit card payment due on feb 2. I have no previous amount due for the card. The bank has been calling me since last 4 days for payment of the card. I said if the amount is due on 2nd, it would be done. But today they should have called more than 50 times. This is harassment to the core. I still paid the money today, that’s feb 1. But the calls have still not stopped. This is too much. I want kotak to answer me for the harrasment they have done.
