Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment for payment before due date. | |||
I'm availing a Credit Card ending with number 6343 against a Fixed Deposit (F. D) of Rs. 15, 000. The customer care is harrassing me from 2 week before due date and calling me 4 -5 times a day. They don't have manner to speak with the customer. After getting calls a week regularly, I mentioned them that I have a Credit Card against my FD with there bank. But the bank officials of Credit Card department says me that, have you thrown money in our bank or what. Is that a way to speak with customer, that too 2 week ago from my due date? I have linked all my screenshots of call from Bank Officials below, all the unknown numbers are from Kotak Bank Credit Card department, I have call records too, but there isn't a way to select it. I'm feeling very much depressed after getting calls regularly. Hope would find a resolution soon. Thank you very much. Ankit Choudhary M.
