Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment Threatening calls

I have been getting treatening calls from KOTAK mahindra bank for some person named as ASAD Ali as he has taken a loan from them and as said by the person calling given my number as reference.

I donot know this guy and not in connection also, but then they started said main "ek chor ko chupa raha hu", indirectly calling chor to me. I called them back for asking about the department they said they are from collection department and they do not have any national holiday.

I have been called by them again and again and also taking my wife's name.
I will be escalating this issue as i will be lodging a complain against Kotak Mahindra bank for harrasing me on calls also will file a complain in Police.

This is shameful i[censored] guys are giving loans without proper documentations and then harrasing someone else for it.
