[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment to pay EMI even after paying RBI moratorium facility | |
Although i have apted for RBI Moratorium facility, Kotak Mahindra Bank is harassing me mentally by forcing me to pay EMI, calling me time and again abusing with derogatory comments especially by a lady who called me on july 13th 2020 from the mobile number -[protected] This lady has even sent text messages by making a personal comments, i am deeply disturbed by the fact that the way Kotak Mahindra Bank is enacting the RBI rules and being inhumane towards customers amid the unprecedented pandemic.
