I am holding an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank

I was not using this account from past 4 years and it was dormant account.

I had purchased 70K tax saving deposit and it got matured in the month of DEC-16 and automatically 10k has been deducted from this FD saying AMC .

Please look into this issue immediately or i may have to put complaint against Kotak mahindra bank
