Kotak Mahindra Bank — hidden charges from kotak mahindra bank

Mine is a 811 account and it is non maintenance balance saving account but they are charging rupees 23.60 continuously for 10 times by today but when I tried for contact customer care they are not responding. My acc no_[protected] and the CRN_[protected] so kindly look forward to the issue and solve it. It's been a huge amount that was deducted my the cost of 23.60 for minimum 6 times a month.
