Kotak Mahindra Bank — I want to complaint against kotak mahindra bank for not fulfilling their commitment | |
My name is jay parekh and i have saving account and credit card with kotak mahindra bank, my crn is[protected], i got a insta loan offer of 60 k for which i applied on 17 march 2019 on sunday so as per the application status it was mentioned within 3 days of time the amount will be credited in my savings account but today is the 4 th working day and nothing has been informed to me, nor the loan status, no one even has a idea about what is happening, infact your contact center employees don't know the process aswell, every time i call the contact center every gives a different answer to it and the height was that one of your employee called rakesh chnadra is telling me on the call that he is doing a favour on me by giving me the details, does a customer service executive has the right to say this to customer, i have already complaint about him aswell to one of the floor manager called rakesh dey, now after this rakesh dey told me he would personally look into this matter ac assured me that on 22 march by 10 am he will call me and give me the exact status or tre reason why is the amount not been credited, but still i hadn't received any call. So i would be going to consumer court because due to kotak mahindra bank my holiday was spoilt, i got mentally harrased, aswell as kotak mahindra bank has not fulfilled what it has promised and at the same time i will be marking a mail to bank ombudsman because kotak mahindra has broken my trust and such a big bank is playing with my feelings, so i will file a case against them.
