Kotak Mahindra Bank — I'm complaining credit card
When i went to kotak branch to close my salary account, i clearly asked one the employee in the branch that how i can pay my credit card payment they said that i can pay through online but they didn't said proper information. Today i tried making payment through online its showing there is no accounts available with my crn and i called to customer care they are telling that i can pay through cash or cheque, if i will pay through cash means i have pay 18% gst which i don't want to pay and i want to cancel my card and i will not pay single rupee also.
