Sir on 26th of june i went to kotak atm at around 9 a. M in khanpur for withdrawl of money but because of server lost my transaction of 20k got fail than i did transaction from other atm of 20k. After half an hour i got sms that your transaction of 20k from kotak atm was successful. Sir i shocked and went to bank as well as atm. They said that your amount would be come back with in a week but nothing happened.
I went to bank and they said that cctv footage had seen and your transaction was successful. Again i demand for cctv footage and did fir for that. Since that day every single day i am going to bank as well as calling customer care but they continuously ask for 1 week time 2 days time almost 1.5 month has passed and they are not solving my problem please sir help me out. They are trying to fraud with me i am middle class person 20k is a magnificent amount for me. I will thankful to you if you solve my problem. Was this information helpful? |
