Kotak Mahindra Bank — kotak insurance policy | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a privilidged customer of kotak bank since last 6 years. I stay in mumbai.Its very disappointing experience this time.One year back i have taken a kotak life insurance policy from kotak mahindra bank mumbai kandivali 90 feet road branch.Concerned person was Mr. Yogesh, he misguided me a lot about policy.Later i didn't get it useful so again i went to him for closing of policy.He told me to write a letter and email regarding it and he said that i will get the premium amount after one year of closing, i said ok and i did the needful.Its the matter of dec'17. But still i got intimation of auto deduction of premium amount.I called customer care they registered my complain with complain number(SR#1-[protected]) and said that i will get call from kotak kandivali branch but i didn't get any call from branch, i am getting call and emails from kotak life insurance to pay premium amount etc.Fortunately in my account sufficient balance was not there so ECS request got failed otherwise i was charged premium amount after closing of policy.
