Kotak Mahindra Bank — kotak mahindra credit card - the card was not deactivated when requested | |||||
I was using a kotak urbane credit card, which i request to deactivate on april 2015 before i was travelling abroad. Recently i was back and came to know that this was not done. Recently i came to know that some penalty is put on the card and i am getting the payment statement of 1800. From past one month i have been trying to contact you customer care to sort this issue.
