Kotak Mahindra Bank — KYC not completed by the bank for mutual funds even after submitting documents & form | |||
I opened my investment account through kotak bank mobile application. It then says that it requires a KYC to be done. I went to my home branch (Rohini Sector-8) & submitted my documents along with the filled form they provided. It's been almost 3 weeks, the bank haven't completed that work which usually takes a day or by max a week. The staff there is so incompetent & neglects the customer's requests. I have visited the branch multiple times for the same thing & every time I get is assurance of work completion by the end of the day. I want to get it done as soon as possible or else I have to close my account from this bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
