The staff isn't cooperative and misbehaved with me when i asked him details of myour loan statement which i have not received since last three years and also told me to complain about him in rbi. As we being the customer of the bank at least the staff should be cooperative it's with the d customers only dat bank runs they should know this thing. Kindly oblige and do the needful
