Kotak Mahindra Bank — loan recovery agent - prasenjit mumbai

Firstly - I do not have any loans pending.

There was one loan taken about 13-14 years ago of 30k which was REPAID in full - the last of the installment was collected and CLOSED.

Someone called last year - explained all the details - and asked him to share the statement of account with details of every collected payment and cheques and the person never got back.

Again there are flows of such harassment calls to all & Sundry listed on my phone contacts which is not only cheap of Kotak to do but unethical considering loan is fully REPAID.

The calls which keep coming indicate SPAM.
Guess a big SCAM is on.

Please address this with immediate effect.
