[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Mental harassment and false charges as well deficiency in service
This is Vibhavari Dabhade exactly 1 year back I had submitted complaint regarding unappropriate treatment as well torcher by kotak Mahindra credit card department still facing same even after full payment for my CC in one shot for settlement and cancelation of card as guided by Kotak collection department Manager Asmit Sawant .I paid 27000/- settlement amount online in one shot after their approval by mail in Dec 2019 but still getting messages about outstanding amount and even after repeated follow-up they didn't give me NOC and cancelation details of card by mail after payment as promised by them in approval mail which is complete breach of trust of customers. Above all today I got call from person named Aashish Choudhary that advocate Sunil Gautam filed case against me on behalf of kotak Mahindra bank regarding some 13000/- outstanding of payment by me even they sent the details by mail and said if I will not pay immediately then they will send lady constable within an hour to arrest me which was really very annoying and hard to tolerate as well very disturbing it seems complete chain of fraud.
I expect immediate action against kotak Mahindra bank as well expecting my NOC and card cancelation details by mail on [protected]@rediffmail.com .

No I didn't get any solution from kotak Mahindra bank. Don't know how it can be marked as resolved?No one approached me by phone or neither I received NOC/NDC mail and cancelation details of my card!! Kindly notice it's still not resolved even I sent mail to Asmit Sawant (Manager kotak as he said Don't really know)but no reply...
