Kotak Mahindra Bank — mobile updated wrongly while opening account | |||
I opened a nri account in kotak mahindra bank, mayiaduthurai branch. While opening my account, they made a mistake and updated my mobile number wrongly in system. Due to that i can't access my bank account. After many call to the customer care and branch... No use still haven't update my mobile number after a month time.
