Kotak Mahindra Bank — money credited from upi but amount is not credited even though the transaction show full amount

I have received 150rupees via Google pay upi to my Kotak Bank only 91 rupees credited but the statement showing 150 rupees and closing balance is also 150 rupees but my available balance is only 91 rupees where the remaining amount this is illegal . Whereas every record of transaction shows 150 rupees but my account has only 91 rupees available balance. Please take action asap and return my remaining amount.asap
