Kotak Mahindra Bank — money funded in 811 app through debit card but not credited till yet | |
Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 10000 the money was debited from my state bank of india account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account. On contacting customer care of kotak 811 they are saying that your money was credited on 18 february 2018. But i know its still not credit in my account.
