Kotak Mahindra Bank — money was deducted to flipkart which was refunded from flipkart but the amount is not yet reflected in my kotak account

On november 8th 2018 rs 1726 was paid to flipkart and due to some error the transaction failed and flipkart refunded the amount on 13th november but still its been more than 6 months passed the amount is not yet reflected in my kotak account. The customer care is one of the worst one which tells it is working but it does not do anything to refund my money.
