Dear si r, I just opened shop at patel marg in jaipur and open bank account in your bank branch of mansarowar at jaipur.in the starting i met mr abhishek who is working account open department and he assured me that after open account in bank, bank will give swipe machine in 5 days after account open and also told me that after account open your bank branch team member will come to my shop and help me how to use net banking. But after almost 20 days spend neither i got swipe machine and nor any banking officer help me in use net banking.. I really disappointed after seeing bank service which is worst today scenario where other banks are working like any thing. I have salary account in icici bank and prevallge customer of the bank and service which i got in this bank from last 15 years is great. I am hoping same service in this bank but very sorry to say you fail to give same service and i do agree that i made big mistake to open my firm accounts in your bank.
