[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — not completed kyc process | |||||
I had opened online saving account in kotak mohindra 811 on 15/11/2018 and subsequently transferred rs.1500/- in this account. But when i tried to transfer this amount to some other bank account, it was informed thorough massage that kyc is required. I have submitted all relevant documents (Required for kyc) to the bank's representative on 26/11/2018 but till date they haven't completed the process of kyc and i again received a massage on 06/12/2018 for kyc. Jan 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The company had telephonically ( through their customer care) intimated that the KYC process will be completed with in 3 days and subsequently through SMS intimated that the KYC process is completed.
