I opened kids account in the name of my daughter, myself guardian. It has been more than 10 months but i am not getting internet banking pin. My crn[protected]. I did not get my pin when the account was opened. On enquiry i was asked to regenerate it online. I tried it twice but everytime i got the message that the pin had been dispatched but it was never delivered. What i got was the debit of regeneration charges of rs 118 each time. On should i keep on regenerating it and debit my account for no fault of mine. Where the pin that was dispatched had gone. I need to know it. I need my pin and reversal of illegitimate charges debited twice to my account with no fault of mine.
