Kotak Mahindra Bank — offering job

I am yeshaswi rayarao, from warangal, i have applied in shine.com regarding operations in kotak mahinda bank, mrs swati hr contact number [protected], for registration fee she charged 2550 inr after she shared her senior hr mr ajeet his contact number [protected], he provided telephonic interview round, after he selected me and he charged me document verification charges 5, 600 and 10, 700 on line verification charges, 56000 inr for training charges 11, 000 inr for account opening charges, and they mentioned for every document amount is refundable, then i got offer letter from kotak mahinda on 6th june 2017, they mentioned training date 13th august 2017, now till date they did not respond to me, please taken action whether to refund my money or provide me job. Please check attachments i got from them.
