Dear kotak team, I am ready to pay the emi. But you are not ready to resolve my simple problem. Am trying to call you have mentioned the contact no. 67175837 in the email but no use. And also I have taken acknowledgement copy for submitted complaint in the bank. Next I ll go ahead with consumer court. Acknowledgement copy attached in the mail. Find it. I did not seen this type of cheating, beggers, rascals in your service. I have spent and spoke with your customer care executives and bank officers nearly more than 35 times. My correct the date by date payment taking but not reasonable to extra amount debiting Rs 16500 (Jan 2017 to April) to continue debited but your team not respancibal persons Was this information helpful? | |||
