Kotak Mahindra Bank — reflection of closed account in cibil | |||
Hi, It is to inform that i p. Vajra rani, closed the four wheeler account in kotak mahindra bank and also got clearance certificate. But still it is reflecting in cibil Due to which my cibil score is reducing. Its been more than a year i am facing this issue which is still not yet resolved. No proper response from kotak mahindra bank. Did not expect such a customer service. I have personally sent them email to their head office email address. Hope to get the response asap Kindly look into this and remove the account details from cibil. Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm using my Kotak credit card since 2.5 years and my card CRN no 98615085 due to some payment delay my card got block without information and even I cleared the full amount with Kotak bank.
