[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund initiated from Amazon.in but not credited in my Bank account

I bought ASICS Men's Metaracer Tokyo Sunrise Red/Black Running Shoes-10 UK (45 EU) (11 US) (1011B075) from amazon on 24th of June 2021

The product which I received dose not matched with Websites images hence I returned the product on 27 June 2021.
Amazon india have initiated my refund on 27th of june 2021 but till today 14th july my money is not credited.

Refund amount is 16, 199. RS.
Order Number-

Amazon india is also not providing me refreance number for transactions.
I'm asking them for reference number for refund transactions since last 15 days.

I got connected with Kotak Mahindra Bank Escalation Manager Ms.Priyanka Devrukhkar and Mr.Nikhil Desale who helped me to resolve this issue and get back my hard earn money. Thanks you Kotak Mahindra bank team.

I have connect with Amazon India customer care counless time till now.
They are saying we have initiated payments on 27th but we are unable to get refrance number from refund transactions.
I have spoke with one customer care agent with my bank at Kotak just provide us mail confirmation from Amazon official Address. Will make sure refund is there.
But later other contact centre agnet at kotak Mahindra bank asking again refrance number.
I have provided my communication mails with Amazon. Response was very diplomatic. I'm afraid that I lost my hardearn money.

Since 2nd of July 2020 I'm asking Amazon.in my reference number for refund  Transaction to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. 

Amazon completely disappointed me regarding information for reference number.

I got information today from Amazon.in regrading Transaction ID for refund on 27th June to original payment source which is my Kotak Mahindra debit card.

 Amazon India playing blame gave toward my bank regarding technical issue for reference number.

Please help me to get back my Hard Earn Money back in my saving account.

I have raised a consumer complaint regarding on this Portal on 14th of July. 

I was looking out for Help to get back my Hard Earn money 16, 199 back into my Kotak Mahindra Bank Saving account.

Everyday since 2nd July 2020 I ask for Refund reference from Amazon.in they ask wait for more 3-5 days. The response is very negative & they made me feel helpless & robbed for myself as consumer.

After having follow up with My Bank Kotak Mahindra bank the outcome is also disappointing now. 

After so much of follow up & request my bank Kotak Mahindra initiate chargback for my transaction with visa debit card with Amazon.

As per the mail confirmation on 15th july they have initiated & registered my complaint has 

Reference Number for compliant 
: Ref#1-[protected]

I had word with Amazon escalation Manager Mr.Arpreet on Saturday 24th July.

He said my bank Kotak Mahindra bank have initiated chargeback requests with Amazon on 19th July 2020.

Amount should be in your savings account by now. 

Please connect with your Bank.

In current Covid-19 Pandemic situation loosing or awaiting for this long for this BIG amount 16, 199 is very critical for me & my family. Hence I'm only one earning person in my family now. Kotak Mahindra Bank & Amazon.in only taking time & asking me wait for few working Business days as well guidelines & they fool me.

Please help me to get this issue resolved as soon as possible & get back my hard earn money back in my Kotak Mahindra Bank Account.

I'm feeling deeply sad and harrassed because of Amazon India.
I had connect with them again.
One Agent gave me FALSE INFORMATION ON 30TH JULY 2021.
That My refund was stuck due to fault in payment gateway.
We have initiated payment on 29th july.
You will get in 3 to 5 days.

I called today to get refund reference number. I came to to it was FAKE INFORMATION VIA AMAZON AGENT.
My master ticket for request still in Process.
They share master ticket link.
Which is useless because only Amazon staff can track.

I'm getting Humiliated and Harrassed everyday.

There is no positive sign from Kotak Mahindra bank as well regarding chargback request.

Please help me to get my money.
It's more than month and 4 days now.

I'm still trying to connect with my bank Kotak Mahindra and Amazon.in customer care.
The respond is very Humiliating.
Kotak Mahindra bank is saying we are waiting for update from back end and now Amazon.in claims that refund is clear please it should be reflecting in your Bank account on 5th August 2021

And today on 6th August 2021Amzon is send me mail we see you raised chargback. Please connect with your bank.

After receiving such a mail I spoke with my bank customer care but they are saying no update from Amazon.
This process is mental harrassment for me now. My health and work both getting sacrificed because of this both institute

Today is 14th 2021. I have raised this issue on this Portal 14th July.
It's one month. I feel like I lost my Hardearn money.
Amazon is making me Beg for refund refrance number since 27th june 2021.

I got mail from Amazon Escalation Manager Ms. SHAILA saying that connect with your bank hence you raised chargeback for this request.
Kotak Mahindra bank saying they can't Process further till they get Refund refrance number for refund. Bank asking me to wait.
I'm afraid that I lost my money and there no one to help me

I have raised the request with Kotak Mahindra Bank on 13 july 2021.
On 15 th July I got mail from Kotak Mahindra bank that we have raised chargback with beneficiaries bank.

Amazon is clearly said via mail on 17th August 2021 refund will be Process through chargback.

Kotak Mahindra infrom me this request will get close by 15 August 2021 but still my request under going.
I'm not able to get back my Money in my saving account.

Please relevent take action as soon as possible. It's almost 2 months since amazon started my refund process.

Today's is 24th August 2021.
I got mail from Kotak Mahindra bank on 15th July stating that regarding my chargback request they will update status in 35 working days on 15 july 2021.

It's been clearly mentioned by Amzon Indian customer escalation head via email confirmation that my refund will be flow via chargback. This information shared to them via there payment team.
They gave mail conformation on 17th August 2021.

I have personally updated this information to Kotak Mahindra bank officers as well but still there is none action taken by them.

I'm still waiting for update for my 16, 199 rs return to my back account.

It's more than 40 days now from Kotak side and 55 days from Amazon india to return my hard earn money.
Kindly help me.
