Kotak Mahindra Bank — refund not received on cancellation
This is to inform you that i have not yet received the refund of the cancelled ticket which was cancelled by me on 22nd february 2018.
The details of which is mentioned as below:
Pnr – [protected]
Transaction id – [protected]
Cancelled date – 22/02/2018
Cancellation id – [protected]
Transaction amount – rs. 2, 310.00
Refund amount – rs. 2, 180.00
Refund status – refunded
Refund date – 26/02/2018
The reservation was made from bandra terminus (Bdts) to bhuj (Bhuj) on 23/02/2018 & return from bhuj (Bhuj) to bamdra terminus (Bdts) on 25/02/2018.
Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 26/02/2018, but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. It’s more than 10 days have passed but i have not received the refund.
Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.
