[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — refund not transferred to account | |||
I have ordered a product from hairburst from uk, and used this account for payment. Company cancelled the order and sent me email of refund since 19th december 2017.. Still there is no refund added to my account. And recently i got an email that refund have been transferred within 10 day from 19th december 2017, if still not received then it must be issue from bank side. Was this information helpful? | |||

I personally visited the bank on 28th Dec, the bank manager assured the account to be active by EOD 23rd Dec, still no response from them
