Kotak Mahindra Bank — refund on cancellation of e - ticket

Abhiudai singh on aug-20-2018 submit a complaint. This is to inform you that, on 07-aug-2018, i, abhiudai singh had booked a ticket with transaction id - ([protected]) from nagpur (Ngp) to h nizamuddin (Nzm) by online payment through kotak mahindra bank (Debit card method). It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account but i haven't got the amount in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is punjab national bank.
[Aug 20, 2018] Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
