[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — refunded amount has not been credited till now..

Dear sir,
I have got a refund from amazon stating that amount has been credited into my kotak bank account on 13 to 15th january 2018. But till now amount hasn't been credited into my account.

Please look after into this issue.

I have contacted kotak bank team through facebook, they responded very well and immediately I recieved a phone call from them. Problem has been solved within 7 hours. Anyway thanks to consumer complaints team for contacting kotak on behalf of me.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
