Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding about transaction failed and not refunded to my account | |||||
Here i feel very bad about kotak bank really it's theft bank i did one transaction amount of 2200 on 10/12/2018 transaction reference number :[protected] amount has been debited from my account but beneficiary not received that amount so while contact the customer care they said transaction failed so within 24 to 48 hours it ll return to your account but still now not received it when i am asking now also saying have to wait 2 or 1 working days but am not getting the amount really worst this amount is very important for me because of this i paid fine amount also what the hell your doing bloody # worst bank and worst service Name : mohammed arif Contact:[protected] Mail: [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I didn't received any credit card from kotak bank but they are asking to pay credit card bill and my savings balance was moved to closing balance.no customer service at all.worst bank services never seen
