Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding personal loan and need to repay the amount

Hi would like to register this here as this is one of the page where people can visit and atleast they will be alert on this personal loan atrocities. I have asked for the closure of my personal loan to a manager, he said he will help me after an year. So I completed one year and I asked many people on the same but no body have came forward to help, so I started not to pay the loan EMI so that they will help but atlast day of monthe they came to home and scolded my parents such a cheap person they have as der employee and same day I paid and next day when I got salary they deducted the emi and 6th again I got message stating again I need to pay the emi which means one month two times I need to pay or what. I really want to talk about this I have all the proof with me. How these bank people spoke I have recorded that. Kotak bank if you are really a genuine bank pls address this and help me to close the loan I have money I will close this pls settle this problem
