Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding wrong amount deducted

I have a Kotak Mahindra bank 811 zero balance account One day they Are charged Amount RS.95 Something and when I call the helpline Number they told me that charges because of you requested to us for Physical statement or Passbook apply but i don't apply then I call customer care helpline they told me that we are sorry for that and we apologise that are our banks mistakes we refund you amount then I wait Some days after no resolution I call again then they said you are requested physical statement that's why we change you money when I said how you can say they said we have recordings then I said send me the recordings but they do not SEND me any recordings now I want justice I want that bank say Sorry to me in writing I want sorry letter from bank

ECS charge was applied in my account as my ECS also debited on time. Extra charges also applied on my account without any message provide to me. This was held on 6/3/2018.

I Want to open a 811 account, but it is not creating from last 2 months, and your team is also not supporting me, please look in to matter [protected]
