[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Rude behavior of the staff with the consumers | |||
Branch RDC CRM of the bank is worst as far is seen. They do not know how to talk to a customer and that too a female consumer.They speak badly to the consumers and also try to impose their illegal words on consumers. What they do is that they are partially changing the curreny notes.They first provide the facility to their known ones.What do they think?? The public standing out in the queues are stupid. Public waits out the bank thinking that they will be treated with the fair rules and policies but that is not possible in this branch of the specified bank. I want that an action should be taken to the above mentioned problem. I am hoping a reply and an immediate action from your side. Reply within 24 hours.
