Dear sir, My crn number is[protected]st of may i have deposit rs.5, 000/- in kotak bank through net banking to saving my money in kotak as i was having salary account with kotak earlier and the service which i was got excellent that time however i left the job and my account has been deactivated from last 2 year and i did not used this account for any transaction whatever amount i have deposit it has been debited on 7th of jan automatically without any intimation to me i called to bank for reversal as i have not used this account so far so why should i pay amount to bank for any charges Please reverse my money as i have deposit this money to active this account i never know that after deposit amount bank will debit charges without any intimation Request you to resolve my problem and revers back my 5, 000/- amount Was this information helpful? | |||

HI, my name is chandra Sekar, i m one off the kotak mahindra bank customer, i am writing a complaint because i used my credit card and i paid my balance, but still customer care guys are calling me pay your payment now, what the hell, and they blocked my phone banking, i dont know why, i want a proper answer and i am filling a case on Kotak bank

And also transaction re[censored]PI[protected] is not credited to recipient account. These 2 transaction is not credited back to my account either.
